You'll review driver logs, coach drivers on compliance, troubleshoot tablet issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAudit electronic and paper driver logs for DOT and Hours of Service compliance\nIdentify HOS violations, false logs, and personal conveyance misuse\nCommunicate with drivers through inbound and outbound calls regarding compliance issues\nCoach and train drivers on Hours-of-Service regulations and best practices\nTroubleshoot Android-based tablets and electronic logging device (ELD) issues\nMaintain compliance records, reports, spreadsheets, and electronic files\nAssist with corrective action processes when compliance concerns arise\nMeet department goals, deadlines, and accuracy standards\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook\nExperience using Android-based tablets or smartphones\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\nAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities\nPreferred Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or customer-facing roles\nExperience learning and utilizing multiple software platforms\nGood with using computers and technology\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe anticipated hourly pay range for this position begins at $22.50 - $27.50 per hour Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.\nAnderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package.
