This role is positioned to drive cutting edge enabling technologies while working, and become a fundamental member of the Dynamo leadership team.\n\nDuties/ Responsibilities\nTechnical leadership of new product development and solutioning for strategic proposal efforts.\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions.\nLead the architecture and development of CMS applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.\nUtilize AI/ML technologies to innovate and enhance existing solutions.\nConduct system analysis and design to ensure high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability.\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.\nEnsure that solutions align with business goals and customer requirements.\nPerform code reviews and enforce coding standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\nStay current with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices.\nRequired Skills/Abilities\nProven experience as a Solutions Architect/Engineer or similar role.\nStrong background in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP)\nExtensive experience with CMS, including module development, theming, and site building.\nHands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).\nSolid understanding of system architecture and design patterns.\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.\nU.S Citizenship required\nNice to Have Skills\nHigh-level degree or other advanced degree in a related field preferred.\nExperience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nTravel Requirement:\nOccasional travel may be required\nClearance Requirement:\nAbility to obtain a Top Secret clearance\nDynamo is a full lifecycle digital transformation company providing best-in-class technology and mission support services to our clients.
