Telecommunications Engineering Supervisor

We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineering Supervisor with fiber engineering experience. The successful candidate will be able to drive projects to completion, is a great communicator, self-directed, quality-focused, and detail oriented. Responsibilities The Engineering Supervisor supports the Vice President of Construction and Engineering by overseeing daily engineering activities, guiding team members, and ensuring projects are executed according to specifications. This role focuses on supervising work, coordinating tasks, and providing technical leadership, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Supervise engineering staff in daily operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to project requirements. Represent the engineering team in meetings with city officials, contractors, and stakeholders, advocating for project needs. Reviews OSP layout for ensuring validity of routes Address and resolve issues related to documentation, regulatory requirements, or project adjustments, escalating to the Vice President of Construction and Engineering as needed. Promote cooperation between departments and maintain effective communication to address work levels. Assist in coordinating projects with professional engineering firms.
