The individual in this position must have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism in working with colleagues and clients, whether directly or indirectly. Relationship building, client service, and the ability to follow up in a timely manner are critical for success. The ideal candidate will have relative experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and mechanical aptitude.\nMinimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience is required, automated manufacturing experience a plus; combination of education and experience can be considered; experience working in an ISO 9001 environment a plus.\nMinimum education of a high school diploma or its equivalent is required, vocational training in CNC machine setup and electrical work or another related field preferred.\nStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required; proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and sketches is a must.\nAbility to use basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools is a must.\nWritten, oral, and deductive comprehension skills to effectively understand written processes to perform role with the highest regard for Safety and Quality is a must; ability to communicate technical details is a must.\nStrong math comprehension, including basic geometry, is a must.\nAbility to operate a computer and its applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.\nConsistent attendance reliability is an expectation\nMust be able to pass background check and drug screening.\nModula Inc. is an EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) Employer.
