Finance and Insurance Manager- F&I Manager

Job Description:- Automotive Finance Managers help our customers arrange the purchases, and alsopresent them with additional products and enhance their vehicle ownership experience- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability- Fully proficiency with title laws and registration process- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position- Automotive Finance Managers accurately submit deals to lenders for approval, makes creditdecisions and effectively closes deals.- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals- Accurately audits all their deals post sale- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contractsJob Requirements:- Prior experience in Finance management or F&I is required- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is highly preferred- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills- Professional experience- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through-Valid U.S. drivers licenseGalloway Ford Commitment to you:Industry leading compensation packagePaid trainingFull Benefits Package401(k) with matchGreat work environment/culture
