Drive teams to utilize and follow test driven development best practices. Ensure Salesforce and other eCommerce services are extended properly for product leverage and upgradability.\r\nProvide technical leadership throughout the life cycle of projects including in strategic roadmap planning, quarterly release planning, sprint grooming, and retrospectives. Maintain a backlog and prioritize technical debt and dev ops to improve team productivity and morale.\r\nDevelopment of key components/frameworks/product extensions\r\nMeasure and manage development team's effectiveness\r\nResearch and make recommendations on software products via fit gap analysis process.\r\nImplementation of new brands/regions on the Digital Platform.\r\nManage and attack technical debt including maintaining and prioritizing a tech debt backlog.\r\nDrive technical process improvements to site release strategy.\r\nStay current in software development technology, methodology, measurement, performance, and security trends.\r\nYou'll Need to Have:\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience)\r\nSalesforce Commerce Cloud Certification\r\n10+ years of Digital eCommerce Architecture Experience with Salesforce e-commerce applications (Commerce, Service, Marketing and other clouds), Front End Development, and/or other key digital platforms including CMS, PIM, CDP, and CRM\r\n8+ years of Engineering experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware, Service Cloud and/ or Marketing Cloud\r\n8+ years of Software Engineering experience including test driven development\r\n5+ years of hands-on experience with eCommerce / web development technologies and frameworks including: Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, Java, J2EE, HTML, ISML, Node.js, XML, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Web analytics, CSS, web services (SOAP/REST), YAML, Bootstrap, and key web frameworks\r\n2+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops and Continuous Integration / Continuous Development principles\r\n2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or large-scale program management preferred\r\n3+ years of experience and working knowledge of secure and accessibility friendly development practices\r\n5+ years of experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile development practices\r\nIntegrations knowledge on payment gateway, OMS, email communications, etc.\r\nWe'd Love to See:\r\nDeep knowledge of Salesforce e-commerce applications (SFCC), Front End Development, and/or other key digital platforms including CMS, PIM, CDP, and CRM systems.
