We run things the way we'd want to be treated — open, honest, and no corporate mask.\n\n*Your Stack*\n\n- AWS\n\n- Ansible\n\n- Terraform\n\n- Docker\n\n- GitLab\n\n- Linux & Windows\n\n*What You'll Actually Be Doing*\n\n- Assess current capabilities and identify where DevOps adoption can be expanded\n\n- Plan and execute the move of applications and workloads into the cloud\n\n- Analyze migration efforts for data, security, and compliance impacts\n\n- Partner directly with System Administrators on day-to-day cloud ops and system priorities\n\n- Use Ansible and other automation tools to streamline deployments and admin work\n\n- Plan, test, and roll out security patches, kernel updates, and software upgrades\n\n- Design, build, and test the software changes needed to move capabilities to the cloud\n\n- Build and coordinate deployment plans for infrastructure and application changes\n\n- Optimize performance, reliability, and automation once workloads are in the cloud\n\n*You're a Fit If You Have*\n\n- \\*\\*Clearance:\\*\\* Active TS/SCI (non-negotiable — see above)\n\n- Bachelor's degree in IT + 3 years of software development/engineering experience (4 additional years of experience can substitute for the degree)\n\n- 2+ years working with cloud technologies\n\n- Real experience managing and optimizing DevOps practices on a project or team\n\n- Solid grasp of DevOps principles, tools, and methodology\n\n- CI/CD experience — building and running the pipelines, not just using them\n\n- Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n\n- Willingness and ability to write and maintain technical documentation\n\n*Nice to have*\n\n- DevOps-related certifications\n\n- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira/Confluence)\n\n- Experience managing systems in a virtual/AWS-hosted environment.\n\n*Ready to Apply*\n\nThis is a role with real room to grow — as our cloud practice expands, so does your path forward, whether that means going deeper on cleared work or eventually moving toward uncleared opportunities as your career evolves.
