The CSO will be responsible for managing the business development budget, overseeing multichannel marketing, and third-party resource spend. This role involves managing the client pipeline, being the primary contact for all prospects, and coordinating information exchange between clients and the project delivery team. The successful candidate will be expected to close deals in line with financial goals, plan and execute marketing initiatives, and continuously research the market for new opportunities. Additionally, the CSO will be tasked with increasing the value of current customers, attending industry events, and building and leading a high-performing business development team.Applicants for the CSO position at the company should have at least 5 years' of experience in sales or marketing, with a strong preference for those with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in business development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the client organization. The ideal candidate will have a good network of client prospects and the ability to work proactively with minimal guidance. Proficiency in the MS-Office/Office365 Suite is also a necessary skill.
