In this role, you will coordinate cost estimates, develop financial models, and partner with manufacturing plants, sales teams, and leadership to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable customer quotations. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment and enjoy turning complex data into business decisions, we want to hear from you.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and coordinate quotation costing activities with Gestamp plants for new business opportunities and engineering changes.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate profitability and ensure opportunities meet corporate return targets.\nPartner with sales teams to define quote requirements and customer RFQs.\nCreate customer quotations, cost breakdowns, financial analyses, and supporting documentation.\nCollaborate with plant teams to establish cost assumptions, manufacturing feasibility, capacity considerations, and standard costing inputs.\nParticipate in quote reviews and financial presentations with plant leadership and executive stakeholders.\nBuild strong relationships across business units and manufacturing locations to support successful program launches.\nLead the development and implementation of sales and capital investment databases.\nSupport business planning activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and departmental standards.\nCoordinate supporting quote documentation, including Bills of Material (BOMs), Statements of Requirements, and related materials.\nAttend customer and internal meetings as needed.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in costing, financial modeling, and business analysis.\nExperience in metal stamping or automotive manufacturing preferred.\nStrong understanding of standard costing methodologies and financial principles.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Word and Access.\nAbility to interpret financial models and assess business profitability.\nAbility to read and understand engineering drawings/blueprints.\nKnowledge of IATF standards and requirements.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.\nStrong customer focus, relationship-building skills, and a collaborative mindset.\nWhy Join Gestamp?\n\nAt Gestamp, you'll be at the center of winning new business and shaping the future of manufacturing.
