Concrete batch plant Supervisor / CDL driver

We are seeking a motivated Concrete Batch Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our plant and yard. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production, high-quality concrete, and safe jobsite practices. If you have strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and real field experience — we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: •Supervise daily batching operations to meet production schedules and quality standards Coordinate with drivers, pump crews, and field teams Operate and oversee loaders, mixers, and batching systems Monitor and maintain inventory (cement, aggregates, admixtures) Perform troubleshooting and oversee equipment maintenance Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance Train and manage plant personnel Maintain production logs, delivery records, and maintenance reports Requirements: Experience in concrete batching or ready-mix operations (preferred) Strong equipment operation experience (loader, forklift, etc.) Mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of construction and jobsite coordination Leadership experience managing crews CDL (Required) Ability to work early mornings, long hours, and weekends when needed What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding company Stable, long-term position Hands-on leadership role with real impact Tired of working for a big company where you’re just a number?
