A company is looking for a Director, Solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute and improve solution initiatives Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor various initiatives impacting the experience Identify new viable solution strategies in response to client and marketplace needs Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in a healthcare or business-related field preferred Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience Strong business acumen Able to motivate and empower teams Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations
