managementWhat They're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is currently a Controller or Assistant Controller within construction and has experience independently managing a company's accounting and finance function.Key experience includes:Construction accountingWIP reportingJob costingCash-flow forecastingBudgetingConstruction financial reportingERP/accounting systemsWorking directly with ownershipExperience with a commercial subcontractor or specialty contractor is highly preferred.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and CPA or CPA-track candidates are preferred.Compensation$120,000–$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.This is an excellent opportunity for a construction accounting professional who wants to move beyond transactional
