This role contributes to program execution by coordinating activities across cross-functional teams, maintaining program schedules, and ensuring alignment to defined scope, deliverables, and quality expectations.Essential Job Functions:Support execution of hardware programs from concept through productionTrack program schedules, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teamsIdentify and track dependencies across teamsMonitor risks and issues and escalate as neededSupport coordination of hardware ECO/ECR changesMaintain program documentation and reportingQualificationsQualifications:Training And/or Experience3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or related technical roles Experience working in hardware development, manufacturing, or similar environments preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Understanding of hardware product lifecycle (design → validation → production) Familiarity with ECO/ECR processes and change management concepts preferred Exposure to gaming or embedded hardware systems preferred Strong organizational and tracking skills Ability to coordinate work across cross-functional teams Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately Attention to detail and strong follow-through Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Microsoft Project / scheduling toolsJira & Confluence (preferred) PLM tools (e.g., Oracle Agile) preferredBehavioral Expectations Execute defined processes with growing independenceDemonstrates ownership of assigned work and deliverablesEscalates risks, issues, and decisions appropriatelyBuilds foundational expertise in Gaming Hardware systems and processesCollaborates effectively across teams – Win as a TeamEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field.
