This is a patient-impact role with variety, stability, and a supportive team of pharmacists and interns.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a certified, experienced pharmacy technician to join our remote Medication Adherence team. In this role, you'll support Medicare Part D members through telephonic outreach, program enrollment, and ongoing adherence interventions — collaborating closely with staff pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy students to drive measurable health outcomes.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Manage inbound member calls via toll-free call center, including opt-out handling and issue resolution- Conduct telephonic outreach to promote Medication Adherence program benefits to Medicare Part D members- Monitor and respond to electronic mailbox communications in a timely, professional manner- Maintain accurate call logs, membership spreadsheets, and program files- Research, analyze, and evaluate program data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities- Monitor program outcomes and objectives to ensure goal attainment- Assist in developing plans, reports, and documentation to support key program initiatives- Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical staff to resolve member challenges and escalationsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- PTCB certification required (active and in good standing)- 5+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred- 2+ years of call center or telephonic patient engagement experience- Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes, and formularies- Medicare Part D and pharmacy claims processing experience strongly preferred- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)- Strong verbal and written communication — clear, concise, and professional- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively- High School diploma or GED required; 2+ years of college preferredSKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU APART- Experience with utilization management edits and prior authorization processes- Background in population health or managed care pharmacy- Project coordination or program support in a clinical settingWORK SETUPFully remote.
