In this role, you will be building and enhancing our in-house applications using React, javascript and .net core technologies. Primary responsibilities of Team Member will be to design and develop various modules, in collaboration with other team members and SMEs from various Business areas. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects using a diverse set of technologies and frameworks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nDuties\nTranslate application user stories and use cases into functional application modules\nDesign, build, & maintain applications using Javascript, React or C#.\nEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.\nIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems\nDevelop new tools/modules which improve productivity of Clinicians thus improving quality of patient care\nEnhance various analytics software components enabling better revenue collection\nResearch emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them in providing efficient operational software solutions\nEnhance our current Mobile applications(iOS/Android platform), used by our field personnel and physicians, to enable easier access to Patient data and thus improving overall Patient Care.\nPerform Data Modeling to ensure solutions cover various Business and Operation scenarios.\nMentor & Support other developers\nPerform data modeling and flow specifications\nActively participate in Team code review and strive towards developing consistent coding standards for the team.\nParticipates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nRegular and reliable attendance is required for the job.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree preferred\n2-3 years of professional experience building complex, production-grade web applications\nExperience with C#/React/Javascript and a good understanding of its ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with the .NET framework/various React libraries\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming.\nSkill for writing reusable libraries\nFamiliar with various design and architectural patterns (Eg. Agile, Waterfall)\nFamiliarity with relational databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL server or MySQL\nStrong skillset for writing clean, readable code\nUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application\nCreating database schemas that represent and support business processes\nImplementing automated testing platforms and unit tests\nProficient understanding of code versioning tools (CVS, VSS or TFS)\nExperience with JIRA to enable tracking of development tasks\nEMR and Claims Knowledge a plus but not mandatory\nShould be analytical and have good problem solving skills\nExperience with CI/CD tools would be a plus\nExperience with using AI Dev tools like Cursor\nPay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nFlexible schedule\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nApplication Question(s):\nWork autorization status?
