This leadership role will collaborate with all levels of the facility to enhance the safety culture, lead all EHS programs and continuous improvement. The role ensures business activities are conducted responsibly by protecting the environment and safeguarding the health and safety of employees, customers, contractors, visitors, and the communities in which they operate.The SHE Manager promotes and drives compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as their policies, standards, and best practices. Working closely with site leadership teams, this position supports the development of a proactive safety culture where risks are identified, assessed, and addressed before incidents occur.The scope of responsibility includes occupational health and safety, process safety management, environmental compliance, security management, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation across all U.S. manufacturing facilities, warehouses, laboratories, and office locations.
