Desktop Support Technician

Looking for a Desktop Support Technician- all 5 days onsite- Lewisville TXNight Shifts accepting on W2 candidates, No C2C candidatesWhat you will bring to the table as a Desktop Support Technician:Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral supportTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issuesSupport Windows and Unix/Linux environments, including virtualized infrastructureManage incidents, problems, and change requests following established IT processesDocument systems, troubleshooting procedures, and technical solutionsSupport user onboarding, device deployments, and asset managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processesProvide day-to-day IT support within a manufacturing or production environmentRequirements:1-3+ years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support experienceExperience supporting production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environmentsUnderstanding of day-to-day operations within manufacturing facilitiesExperience with Incident, Problem, and Change Control Management (IPCC)Working knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systemsExposure to virtual environments such as Azure, Hypervisors, or VMwareStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsExperience with ticketing systems and end-user supportAbility to create technical documentation and technical proceduresStrong technical writing skills, including documenting systems and solutionsDependable and accountableProfessional attitude and strong work ethicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service mindsetAbility to work independently and within a teamPreferred:Active Directory, Office 365, device imaging, and deployment experienceSupport experience with scanners, label printers, handheld devices, and production-floor equipmentBasic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)What you didn’t know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsLong-Term growth potential401kWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with a game changing client and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
