WS is transitioning to an AI-native architecture with agentic systems that will discover content, guide participants in real time, automate workshop quality review and generate post-event intelligence.\n\nKey job responsibilities\nAgentic AI Systems: Build AI-powered capabilities on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore such as content discovery, adaptive participant guidance, automated session summaries with lead scoring, agent-assisted authoring and simulated participant playthroughs for content validation.\n\nMulti-Tenant Platform & Integration APIs: Design multi-tenant workshop management with per-partner isolation, access controls, and lifecycle tooling. Build integration APIs that let high traffic AWS websites provide sandbox environments on demand.\n\nAuthentication & Authorization: Evolve the authentication and authorization architecture across multiple identity providers to support partner authentication, scoped permissions for external users, and cross-tenant content sharing.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead design reviews, mentor a team of backend plus frontend engineers and produce architectural documents that shape multi-year decisions. Own production health through on-call rotations, incident response, retrospective reviews and runbook maintenance.\n\nA day in the life\nOn any given day, you might lead a cross-team API design review with the product manager, engineering manager, UX designer and engineers from partner AWS teams. You pair with engineers on database access patterns for the multi-tenant content store. You prototype an AI feature that generates post-event session summaries from platform telemetry. You sync with the program manager on cross-team dependencies and align with the engineering manager on sprint priorities. The work spans platform architecture, agentic AI development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nAbout the team\nThe Workshop Studio team owns one of the largest fleet of AWS accounts in the world. We own React web apps, CDK infrastructure, Go and Python Lambdas, Step Functions workflows, DynamoDB data stores, git repositories for workshop artifacts and an analytics layer built on Redshift.
