Full Stack Java Developer (Remote)

Our client is a leading healthcare data analysis company committed to transforming healthcare through data-driven insights and innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team, working remotely but adhering to EST time zone hours. Job Description: Position Overview: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and data-driven solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with experience in React, Elastic Search API, JDBC/ODBC, Oracle, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with UI design in HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and Angular/React, as well as Linux shell scripts and application security. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and data-driven solutions. Work with front-end technologies such as React, HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and Angular/React to create user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing. Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Elastic Search API, JDBC/ODBC, Oracle, and MySQL. Write and maintain Linux shell scripts to automate tasks and manage server-side operations. Implement and enforce application security best practices to ensure the safety and integrity of data and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to application performance, functionality, and security. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company’s technology stack remains current and competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in React, Elastic Search API, JDBC/ODBC, Oracle, and MySQL. Working knowledge of UI design in HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and Angular/React. Familiarity with Linux shell scripting for server-side automation and management. Understanding of application security best practices, including experience with securing web applications and data. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
