Sr. E-Discovery Application Engineer - Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace

***We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time role******Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote***A prestigious company is looking for a Sr. Application Engineer. This role will focus on production support of e discovery and litigation applications such as Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace.Responsibilities Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirementsLead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platformsServe as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issuesPartner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goalsManage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non IT business partnersEnsure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standardsCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshootingAct as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice DeliveryProvide operational support, including participation in a shared on call rotationQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience8+ years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation focused technical rolesStrong expertise with e discovery and litigation technology platforms (e.g., Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace)Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologiesSolid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL, and data pipelinesHands on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting
