Experienced Electrician Foreman

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the skills to lead and mentor a team of beginner electricians.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish. Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards. Work independently and execute tasks with minimal instructions. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of beginner electricians. Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members. Maintain good interpersonal relationships with team members and clients. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Requirements:Proven experience as an electrician foreman or in a similar supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and code requirements. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive work environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to beginners
