project team of staff engineers and technicians.\n* Develop full design calculations using a variety of design software and hand calculations.\n* Provide drafting guidance to project technicians or develop Construction Drawings using Revit.\n* Review design calculations and procedures of junior engineers.\n* Review Construction Drawings for accuracy and completeness.\n* Provide estimated design fees and incorporate into written proposals.\n* Review and revise project specifications as required.\n* Review and respond to project submittals and RFIs.\n\nQualifications\n* 10+ years of experience in the design of commercial, institutional and or industrial buildings.\n* Must be self-directed, motivated and detail-oriented.\n* Ability to work independently on a project or work as part of a team.\n* Ability to effectively facilitate design and drafting processes when serving as project lead.\n* Experience with steel and concrete design required.\n* Proficiency with RISA, Revit & Microsoft Office preferred.\n* Post-tensioned design experience is advantageous, but not required.\n* Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.\n* Registered PE/SE in any state and the
