What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the restaurant (front and back of house) environment with energy and professionalism
Maintain systems, controls, and operational standards
Coach and develop team members in a positive, productive manner
Energize and maintain staff morale
Lead productive, quality shifts
Keep guests at the center of every decision
Drive profit-minded operations while maintaining high service standards
Live out and model the beliefs and philosophy that define Roosters
You’ll set the tone for both performance and culture.
