The DoD program Manager will provide direct customer engagement and leadership for DoD contracts and support the growth team to continue to build a Microsoft focused DoD portfolio of work. Responsibilities include:\n\nStrategic Leadership: Serve as the primary technical authority for major DoD programs, ensuring alignment between technological solutions and the client’s mission objectives.\nProgram Execution: Oversee the full SDLC for large-scale IT deployments, including cloud migration, cybersecurity hardening, and enterprise architecture.\nMicrosoft Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with Microsoft product development, engineering, and support teams to optimize Microsoft support to our DoD customers.\nStakeholder Engagement: Act as the technical liaison to DoD senior leadership, providing transparent reporting on project milestones, technical risks, and resource allocation.\nSolution Architecture: Drive the design of scalable, interoperable systems that comply with DoDAF standards while coordinating with solution architects within the company.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $150K - $180K annualized (USD).
