The Manager will establish and execute strategic and tactical activities related to company-wide training programs. This role is responsible for analysis and post-training assessments to link training facilitation and curriculum effectiveness to key performance indicators and produce processes to improve and maintain performance expectations. This role drives the effectiveness of our global training programs, directly supporting key business initiatives by accelerating new hire performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing employee engagement, and building critical skills across the organization.\r\nThis role will be Hybrid based in Atlanta, GA. The salary range for this position is starting at $70,000, commensurate with experience.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nPlan, manage, and ensure training delivery (New Hire and Ongoing)\r\nDesign and deliver strategic learning programs aligned to business priorities, enabling workforce capability building and closing critical skill gaps across the organization.\r\nPartner with all internal stakeholders and partners to support revenue growth and demands from the business\r\nConduct and lead detailed gaps & needs analysis to identify learning objectives and post-training assessment initiatives for the program\r\nPlan and conduct detailed performance and compliance-to-plan reviews\r\nPartner with stakeholders to determine needs and priorities within the business\r\nLead special projects related to new business developments that require specialized training attention\r\nEnsure consistency of training design, delivery and execution; proactively provide relevant feedback, suggestions and best practices to improve results\r\nCreate and report business information and metrics as mandated\r\nAttach and validate ROI for all projects\r\nEnsure updated knowledge of the program at all times\r\nEnsure project plans are kept up to date and risk to plan is called out to leadership in a timely manner\r\nCreate and edit basic training content in Articulate Storyline authoring tool\r\nWhat We're Looking For:\r\n3-5 years experience in Project Management or Learning & Development, preferred\r\n3-5 years experience in Car Rental, Hospitality, or Tourism, preferred\r\nStrong communication, project management and presentation skills\r\nStrong analytical and assessment skills; ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to create and execute workable solutions\r\nStrong planning and organization skills; ability to think ahead, conceptualize and plan for events\r\nUnderstanding of Learning and Development theories and models preferred\r\nExperienced in the training life cycle from content needs assessment, content creation, deployment, and post-training assessment\r\nStrong computer skills; Microsoft Project experience preferred\r\nAbility to make decisions, use judgment and intuition to function in a matrixed and dynamic environment; able to handle load and deadline related pressures\r\nFlexibility to work varying schedules as needed; travel may be required on an occasional basis\r\nAbility to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes\r\nStrong facilitation skills to host virtual and/or in-person training sessions as needed\r\nAbility to work a flexible schedule; occasional travel may be required\r\nWhat You'll Get:\r\nUp to 40% off the base rate of any standard Hertz Rental\r\nPaid Time Off\r\nMedical, Dental & Vision plan options\r\nRetirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching\r\nPaid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance\r\nEmployee Assistance Program for employees & family\r\nEducational Reimbursement & Discounts\r\nVoluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical Illness\r\nPerks & Discounts – Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more\r\nUS EEO STATEMENT\r\nAt Hertz, we champion and celebrate a culture of diversity and inclusion.
