We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.\nWhat you will be doing\nYou will own high priority initiatives that do not yet have a clear long-term owner - some of these initiatives may be exciting and glamorous, others will be decidedly less so - but all of them will be high impact\nStep into ambiguous situations, create structure quickly, and drive momentum\nHelp leaders across the company translate priorities and decisions into execution\nProactively identify problems and bottlenecks, and resolve them expeditiously with limited support or oversight\nYou should have the following\n3-10 years of progressive experience in high performance environments such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or high-growth startups\nExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information\nA strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale\nActive TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one\nNice to have\nTechnical background and skills and/or firsthand experience with drones\nExperience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups\nExperience with defense or hardware companies\nExperience with financial modeling\nRobust understanding of statistical analysis techniques\nUS Salary Range\n$125,000 - $225,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
