Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects to achieve water resource strategy goals, collaborating with staff and partners Provide technical expertise on regenerative agricultural projects and assist farmers with conservation practices Analyze conservation practice data to evaluate progress and support policy initiatives related to water management Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience or a graduate degree with 2 years of experience in relevant fields Previous experience or willingness to learn about agricultural conservation planning and implementation Interest in developing partnerships with various stakeholders in agriculture and environmental sectors Familiarity with environmental outcomes quantification tools and methodologies is preferred Direct professional experience working with farmers and agricultural organizations is strongly preferred
