Administrative Assistant We are a dynamic Technology Services provider seeking a highly skilled Administrative/Office Assistant to join our team in the Bellingham office. As our Administrative/Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, organizing records, and handling correspondence. We are looking for a candidate who is not only detail-oriented and possesses strong organizational skills but also has a wealth of experience in office administration and prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. This position may be part-time or full-time depending on the applicant. Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and handling correspondence · Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries · Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events · Create and maintain accurate records and files · Assist with purchasing, shipping and receiving tasks · Monitor and order office supplies as needed · Communicate with clients, vendors & subcontractors · Assists with various research projects and/or special projects · Edit company website, newsletter and online media · Other general administrative work as needed Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred · 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in a technology services provider or related industry · Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software programs · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational and time-management skills · Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines · Attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Applicants must have a clean criminal history.
