This role is responsible for helping ensure compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. The analyst will coordinate and assist in transformational projectssuch as process automation, data governance improvements, and technology integrationsthat align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks.\r\nA key focus of the role is building and maintaining end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities. This includes real-time visibility, data accuracy, and proactive risk identification from planning to outbound shipments. The manager will use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and to ensure that all initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.\r\nEssential / Key Job Responsibilities:\r\nCreate, implement and maintain end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities, including but not limited to TIB, FSFE, and duty draw back.\r\nSupport compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.\r\nHelp develop visibility needed to adjust long-term tariff goals that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost-saving targets.\r\nAssist in coordinating and executing transformational projects, such as:\r\nProcess automation\r\nData governance improvements\r\nTechnology integrations\r\nEnsuring all initiatives align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks\r\nNavigate changing tariff landscapes, provide visibility to mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization.\r\nDevelopment of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end visibility on tariff compliance metrics and operational performance.\r\nAnalyze data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.\r\nOther duties and projects, as assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.\r\nStrong interpersonal skills and proven record of strong teaming skills\r\nProven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively engage with multiple levels of management and cross-functional organizations (Supply Chain, DC Operations, Manufacturing, Global Trade, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, etc.)\r\nAdvanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.\r\nDetail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task.\r\nDemonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic and energetic matrix organization with continuously changing program constraints.\r\nDesired Attributes:\r\nAnalytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.\r\nStrong communicator who can engage stakeholders across regions and levels.\r\nLeadership presence with ability to drive alignment and accountability.\r\nAdaptable to fast-paced and complex operational environments.\r\nEducation and/or Experience:\r\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\r\n4+ years Supply Chain, analytics, and/or Global Trade experience.\r\nDemonstrated experience working in ERP systems (i.e. JDE, SAP, etc.)\r\nPhysical Demands:\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates.
