The GAM Program is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of the supply chain and asset management process, ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' enterprises.\nJob Summary\nUnder direct supervision, performs routine assignments and develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Actively deploys Property Procedures and Policies in maintaining Government approved business systems that are fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent Aerospace policies and procedures. Abide by specific objectives or statements from contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics.\nTactically supports the responsibility of Property that impact the Aero site's business system compliance, which affects the ability of the site to qualify, perform, and invoice Government contracts.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nActively support the sites Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, and Self-Assessment requirements in accordance with the Property Outcomes and Requirements identified within the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1.\nSupport Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules of Property Functions.\nActively build relationships and depth of knowledge within the Government and customer asset management communities.\nActively support and ensure execution of corrective action plans.\nSupport the tracking and compilation of metric data and Property Management Self-Assessment data.\nSupport cross functional groups to assure Property Compliance Practices, Policies and Standards are adhered to.\nActively participate with site stakeholders to implement process changes affecting cross functional groups.\nAbility to maintain oversight/enforce FAR regulations over all transfers of government property.\nAbility to create DD1149s, verify assets to record to be transferred for accountability.\nKnowledge of screening DD1149s and provide guidance to program planning.\nKnowledge of utilizing SAP to ensure shipper information.\nAbility to maintain repository for DD1149s and voucher log, for Space and Defense.\nKnowledge of performing Cost/No Cost Property transfers, including follow on contracts.\nAbility to process Ship-In-Place hardware.\nSupport Property Contract Closeout and method of disposition.\nAbility to generate reports as required.\nAbility to support Physical inventory of assets.\nOther duties as required.\nBasic Qualifications\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nReliable Transportation\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Asset Tracking databases, e.g., SAP, eQuip, PIEE\nStrong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\nCapability to obtain Forklift certification – Training provided on-site\nThis position, depending on experience, will be $25 an hour.
