Position Overview:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace? We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to play a crucial role in the backbone of our company’s operation and workforce. You will be at the administrative forefront coordinating time, resources, and people.
As the go-to person for all queries, your knowledge and expertise will not only respond to inquiries but also foster a supportive environment for our employees and external partners. Your meticulous attention to detail and administrative prowess will support all our operations and contribute to the larger goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
Managing daily company communication and correspondence, Including file management.
Coordinate office maintenance and activities.
Schedule meetings and organize company events.
Make travel arrangements for staff Including accommodations and transportation where necessary.
Responsible for office organization, ordering supplies, including vendor inventory.
Handle confidential Information - work with departments and distribute materials where necessary.
Keep accurate and detailed digital records and database Information, assist with presentations, provide reports where necessary.
Human Resources
Consult with owner to identify staffing needs.
Recruit, coordinate, schedule and conduct Interviews.
Contact references and conduct background checks where appropriate.
Oversee and safeguard electronic employee records; ensuring they are current and kept confidential.
Maintain and update our HR database, aiding in efficient operations and data driven decisions.
Prepare detailed HR reports that provide insights into the workforce, supporting the strategic decision-making process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience leading in an office management role and providing effective and proven Human Resources.
Strong interpersonal, business presentation, and written communication skills.
Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership and management.
Independent judgment and the ability to display appropriate common sense, manage ambiguity, analyze and resolve problems, ensure confidentiality, work with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects and deadlines, show attention to detail, and exercise discretion in an environment of constant change are necessary.
Requires computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration with human resources education or a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
American Citizenship/Legally able to work in the United States of America.
