(V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.\nWe are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:\nProcess Engineering Support\nThe scope requires someone who can independently support technical discussions, evaluate equipment solutions, participate in capital projects, understand C&Q expectations, and interact with multiple stakeholders.\nThe resource will provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including equipment assessment, capital project development, design review, installation support, verification activities, change controls, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline).\nAdvanced technical background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or equipment lifecycle management preferred.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience supporting engineering activities within the Life Science / Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry.\nExperience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.\nExperience supporting equipment lifecycle activities, capital projects, process improvements, or manufacturing support initiatives.\nTechnical Competencies Required\nProcess Engineering\nExperience supporting manufacturing process engineering activities, including:\nProcess improvements\nEquipment replacement projects\nManufacturing support activities\nTechnical assessments\nProblem-solving activities\nAbility to provide technical recommendations and evaluate engineering solutions.\nExperience supporting equipment assessments, replacement strategies, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.\nCapital Projects / Equipment Implementation\nExperience supporting capital project execution, including:\nDevelopment of project scopes\nTechnical evaluations\nEquipment procurement support\nReview of vendor documentation\nReview of design drawings and technical specifications\nInstallation support\nExperience reviewing engineering documents such as:\nEquipment datasheets\nDesign drawings\nProcess documentation\nTechnical specifications\nCommissioning & Qualification (C&Q) / Asset Delivery\nKnowledge of Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) processes.\nExperience supporting equipment verification activities, including:\nUser Requirements Specifications (URS)\nDesign Reviews\nVerification Strategies\nInstallation Verification (IV)\nOperational Verification (OV)\nExperience with electronic qualification systems; Kneat experience preferred.\nQuality / Compliance / Documentation\nExperience supporting:\nChange Controls\nCAPA implementation\nSOP updates\nEngineering documentation revisions\nTechnical assessments\nAbility to participate in investigations and problem-solving activities, including:\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)\nFMEA / PFMEA\nProblem Analysis\nStrong understanding of GMP documentation practices.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting Fermentation and/or Purification manufacturing processes.\nExperience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utilities.\nExperience coordinating activities with:\nManufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, EHS, Vendors / Contractors\nExperience supporting field implementation activities and equipment installation projects.\nSystems / Tools Knowledge Preferred\nKneat qualification platform, Veeva Quality Docs, GECMS, GMARS, Microsoft Project / Excel / PowerPoint\nKey Behavioral Competencies\nStrong technical problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to provide clear project status updates, identify risks, and escalate issues.\nComfortable working onsite as required.\nAt Validation & Engineering Group, people always come first.
