We make sure every component, subassembly, and shipment moves through our facility with precision and speed - because every robot we deliver depends on the work we do behind the scenes. Without us, manufacturing stops; with us, 1X moves forward.\nYour Charter\nTo create an abundant supply of physical labor through safe, intelligent humanoids, we have to first move materials safely, accurately, and on time. As a Materials Handler, you're the link between our supply chain and our production floor - ensuring engineering and manufacturing teams have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it, so NEO can be built and shipped without delay.\nKey Outcomes\nMaintain inventory accuracy at or above target thresholds across all assigned material zones.\nEnsure on-time delivery of materials to production lines, preventing stoppages or delays.\nProcess inbound and outbound shipments with complete, accurate documentation and zero compliance issues.\nUphold a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, contributing to zero preventable safety incidents.\nAdapt priorities in real time to support shifting production demands and team needs.\nKey Competencies\nStrong attention to detail and a bias toward accuracy in inventory and documentation.\nCalm under pressure - able to re-prioritize quickly when production needs shift.\nSafety-first mindset in every task, from forklift operation to material staging.\nTeam-oriented and proactive communicator - flags issues early and keeps the floor informed.\nHands-on, reliable, and takes ownership of the work without needing follow-up.\nMinimum Requirements\nPrior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.\nProficient operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment.\nComfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems and scanning tools.\nAble to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials throughout the shift.\nReliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Skills\nForklift certification (or willingness to certify on day one).\nExperience supporting a manufacturing or production environment (not just distribution).\nFamiliarity with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).\nExperience with shipping carriers and outbound logistics documentation.\nWhat does a successful 1X Team Member look like\nTeam members at 1X who thrive here are builders.
