We are looking for a high-performing Program Manager – AI & Digital Transformation who thrives in driving complex, high-impact AI and digital transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines strong technical fluency, strategic advisory skills, and a results-driven approach to owning client success from start to finish.Title :Program Manager – AI & Digital Transformation Location : Remote WorkEmployment Type: Full-timeNo of Openings: 2Exp Range : 8 -15 years onlyKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation programs from initiation to closureDefine program charter, roadmap, milestones, and integrated execution plansManage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control across multiple workstreamsDrive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesMaintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively manage delivery risksPartner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and executionConduct discovery sessions with clients to define business problems, success criteria, and baseline metricsEngage with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP/C-level) for governance, updates, and alignment discussionsBuild ROI-driven business cases and support value realization trackingDefine and track KPIs/OKRs to measure program successIdentify opportunities for expansion and additional transformation initiatives within client accountsApply Lean/process optimization approaches to improve efficiency before automation or AI implementationQualifications:Hands on experience in Technical Account Management, Project/Program Management, or Client-Facing Delivery roles in AI, Digital Transformation, or IT servicesStrong understanding of project delivery fundamentals including roadmaps, RAID logs, risk management, and scope controlHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery environmentsStrong technical fluency with ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and senior stakeholdersProven experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive leadership (VP/C-level)Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authorityStrong analytical thinking with experience in ROI modeling and value-based deliveryExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environmentsCertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – PreferredAbout Techolution:Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist.
