Does that sound like you?\n\nAbout the job\n\nThe Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. This role supports daily production activities, leads process improvement projects, and works closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and EHS to ensure stable and reliable plant performance.\n\nThis role also contributes to the site process safety management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) programs.\n\nIn your future role as Process Engineer you will\n\nMonitor key process parameters and equipment performance to detect deviations and implement corrective actions.\nTroubleshoot process-related issues (yield losses, off-spec product, equipment bottlenecks, etc.) and coordinate root cause analysis.\nProvide day-to-day technical support to production lines to ensure stable operation and achievement of production targets.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cycle time, throughput, energy consumption, raw material usage, and overall OEE\nDevelop and implement process changes and improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.\nConduct trials and experiments to validate new process conditions, materials, or technologies.\n\nWe believe you bring\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline\n5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or processing plant.\n\nGreat if you have\n\nExperience in a chemical plant\n\nHave we got your interest?\n\nThis is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Process & Quality Control Manager and based in Axis, AL.\n\nPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
