If you’re looking for meaningful work with a stable, member-focused organization, we invite you to learn more.POSITION SUMMARYThe Mortgage Loan Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mortgage department to ensure efficient loan processing, sound underwriting practices, regulatory compliance, high-quality member service, and achievement of the credit union’s strategic goals. This position provides direct leadership and support to mortgage lending staff while overseeing workflow, productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency throughout the mortgage lending process.This role is responsible for the origination, underwriting, approval, closing, and servicing oversight of residential mortgage loans, including in-house and secondary market products. The Mortgage Loan Supervisor works closely with members, vendors, title companies, real estate professionals, and internal departments to facilitate timely, accurate, and compliant mortgage lending services.The Supervisor ensures compliance with internal policies, investor requirements, NCUA regulations, and all applicable federal and state mortgage lending laws while supporting portfolio quality, operational excellence, and member financial well-being.
