The engineer will participate in Software Development Reviews (SOI-2) by evaluating software requirements, architecture, detailed design, traceability, and compliance with DO-178C objectives.\nThe role involves reviewingTSN software components such as IEEE 802.1AS (gPTP), IEEE 802.1Qbv Time-Aware Shaper, IEEE 802.1Qav Credit-Based Shaper, IEEE 802.1CB FRER, ENETC drivers, LOS-178 networking stack, and LCS components.\nResponsibilities\n\n• Perform DO-178C SOI-2 certification reviews.\n• System, High-Level Requirements (HLR) and Low-Level Requirements (LLR) Authoring for Networking and TSN.\n• Verify software architecture and detailed design compliance.\n• Review bidirectional requirements traceability.\n• Evaluate software coding standards compliance.\n• Review derived requirements.\n• Work closely with software, systems, FPGA, and certification teams.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nDO-178C\n\n• DO-178C lifecycle\n\nTSN Knowledge\n\n• IEEE 802.1AS (gPTP/PTP)\n• IEEE 802.1Qbv, Qav, VLAN\n• Traffic Classes/Queue Scheduling\n\nEmbedded Software\n\n• Embedded C/ Linux\n• RTOS/Device Drivers\n\nNetworking\n\n• Ethernet /VLAN /Layer-2 Switching\n• Socket Programming\n• TCP/IP fundamentals\n\nAn engineer should be US person as the project is under ITAR.
