You will be instrumental in delivering robust network architectures that conform to NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) requirements and federal security standards. Your daily activities will involve working with a range of enterprise and security technologies, providing solutions that ensure network segmentation, high availability, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Collaboration with security architects, systems engineers, and compliance teams will be key as you participate in critical network projects for federal-level initiatives. Essential Skills, ExperienceDesign, implement, and support secure network architectures in accordance with NSA CSfC and federal security standards.Build, operate, and troubleshoot segmented and resilient enterprise networks using Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Infoblox, Dell, and Broadcom-based systems.Implement and manage core networking protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, EVPN/VXLAN, redundancy, and high-availability strategies.Employ advanced network segmentation, enclave separation, and boundary protection consistent with CSfC requirements and regulatory best practices.Perform security reviews, configuration audits, and validation activities for CSfC Capability Packages and Approved Product Lists (APLs).Develop and refine network documentation, including detailed diagrams, configuration standards, and SOPs.Work closely with security teams, systems engineers, and compliance personnel to ensure network compliance with federal mandates.Support ongoing system upgrades, migrations, and technical refresh activities as required.Participate in troubleshooting and optimizations for complex routing, switching, and firewall architectures.Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.Demonstrated experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise, Department of Defense, or similarly classified environments.Direct experience designing, deploying, or supporting NSA CSfC-compliant network solutions.Hands-on expertise with a range of platforms including Arista EOS, Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Palo Alto firewalls, and Infoblox DDI technologies.Deep knowledge of network security best practices, including segmentation, enclave isolation, and boundary protection for high-assurance networks.Strong background in troubleshooting and designing complex routing, switching, and firewall environments to maximize availability and security.Excellent communication skills allowing effective interaction within cross-functional technical and compliance teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly beneficial.Experience in classified or DoD environments and understanding of compliance frameworks is a strong asset.Ability to work independently in a secure environment.Commitment to upholding best practices regarding equal employment opportunity for all, including minorities, women, veterans, and differently-abled individuals.ECCO Select is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
