Attend classroom training, observe experienced Sales Engineers/Product Consultants, create projects and presentations, and take assessments to confirm your progress.\nField Experience: Travel to different areas, including manufacturing plants, field installation sites, and Contech offices to gain a well-rounded perspective in marketing, sales, customer service, credit, and manufacturing.\nSales Process: Observe the sales process by traveling with Sales Engineers and Product Consultants, attending sales calls, presentations, promotions, trade shows, and installations.\nSales Practice: Adhere to established sales processes and put your sales skills to the test by calling on both existing and new accounts.\nContinuous Learning: Stay current by participating in educational opportunities, reading sales and marketing publications and product sheets, watching product webinars, building networks, and participating in sales and marketing promotions.\nProgress Evaluations: Attend periodic evaluations to track your development and growth.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering. Civil or Environmental focus strongly preferred.
