TKE – move beyond.\nWhat we expect\nThe first 3 letters of workplace safety are Y-O-U!\nTK Elevator is looking for Superintendents to lead construction operations across new installation and/ or modernization lines of business in California. In this role, you will oversee field teams, manage active jobsites, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. *At this time we are conducting networking conversations for future openings.*\nLead Field Operations and Manage Projects End-to-End\nSupervise and support construction field teams, providing direction and coaching. Plan and prioritize installation schedules, labor needs, and jobsite activities\nCommunicate clear expectations aligned with company policies, procedures, and goals\nOversee projects from initial survey through completion, monitoring progress, resolve field challenges, and ensure quality standards are met\nPartner with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle\nDrive Safety Excellence\nChampion a strong safety culture across all jobsites\nConduct safety audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards\nStay current on elevator codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices\nOwn Financial & Operational Performance\nReview project performance using financial and operational software and proactively address cost impacts, including potential fade, to protect profitability\nManage and approve key project components including change orders, purchase orders, billing, and closeout documentation\nMaintain knowledge of TK Elevator products, systems, and standard operating procedures\nCollaborate & Build Relationships\nDevelop strong partnerships with customers, contractors, consultants, and architects\nCoordinate with internal teams including operations, sales, manufacturing, and leadership\nWork with subcontractors to ensure schedules and deliverables are met\nWho we are looking for\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of work experience is required; Supervisory experience leading union technicians is preferred.\nElevator industry experience is preferred.\nTrack record of success in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.\nAbility to effectively manage relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and effective problem solving skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or other ERPs.\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nRequires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.\nWhat we offer\nSalary range is $75,000 – $125,000 with additional incentive compensation 0% - 75%. The role offers a car allowance or company vehicle and fuel card.
