This is a Remote consulting position, EST hours. This role will design, develop, implement, and support scalable Quickbase applications that improve efficiency, data management, and process visibility.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, configure, and implement Quickbase applications based on business requirements.- Build and maintain Quickbase tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, permissions, workflows, and Pipelines/automations.- Develop and maintain internal and external system integrations and connections.- Create and maintain technical documentation covering application architecture, integrations, dependencies, Pipelines, and automations.- Maintain application documentation and knowledge within Confluence throughout development and the application lifecycle.- Provide technical expertise and ongoing support for existing and new Quickbase applications.- Perform data migration, application transition, deployment, and hypercare activities.- Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data issues and implement appropriate solutions.- Identify, document, and promptly escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate business and technical stakeholders.- Support implementation of the organization's Quickbase Governance Plan, including development best practices, security, documentation, scalability, and long-term application sustainability.Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of hands-on Quickbase development experience.- Strong experience with Quickbase application architecture, including tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and permissions.- Hands-on experience with Quickbase Pipelines, workflow automation, and integrations.- Experience with data migration and application implementation/transition.- Experience creating technical documentation and working with Confluence.- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to translate complex business processes into effective low-code solutions.- Experience working within application governance, security, and development standards.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated environments.- Experience with APIs, web services, or other integration technologies.- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Quickbase environments.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.","company":"Source One Technical Solutions","rawCompany":"source one technical solutions","city":"Denver","state":"CO","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-09-17T08:08:06.613Z","occupations":[{"code":"15-1252.00","title":"Software Developers","slug":"software-developers"},{"code":"15-1211.00","title":"Computer Systems Analysts","slug":"computer-systems-analysts"},{"code":"15-1243.01","title":"Data Warehousing Specialists","slug":"data-warehousing-specialists"}],"industries":[{"code":"541511","title":"Custom Computer Programming Services","slug":"custom-computer-programming-services"},{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"},{"code":"513210","title":"Software Publishers","slug":"software-publishers"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Quickbase Developer","description":"Seeking a Quickbase Developer to transform manual business processes into streamlined, digitized workflows across Supply Chain operations for a major healthcare client.
