Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Specialist
Graham Technologies is seeking a Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Specialist to ensure comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance documentation supporting analytics and data management capabilities.Location: Tampa, FLKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.Produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.Document data pipelines, APIs, and machine learning models.Maintain compliance documentation aligned with industry and government standards.Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.Support Quality Control Plan documentation and reporting.Maintain documentation repositories within collaboration platforms.Required SkillsActive Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience producing technical documentation for IT or analytics systems.Strong technical writing and knowledge management skills.Desired SkillsExperience supporting enterprise IT or analytics programs.Familiarity with data architecture and machine learning documentation standards.Tools & TechnologiesSharePoint, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Git.CompensationAt Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
