Omni Ecosystems is committed to infusing nature into our daily lives to improve resiliency within the built environment and promote healthier and happier humans.Role DescriptionThe Director of Business Development at Omni Ecosystems will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's client base. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the majority of the work based in Chicago, IL, and some remote work allowed. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts.QualificationsNew Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Planning skillsExperience in contract negotiation and account managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareExperience in the landscape architecture or ecological design industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
