The Program Integrator will help develop acquisition strategies, execute contract actions, manage program risks, prepare milestone products, and translate complex program information into clear, decision-ready materials.\nThe ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of Department of Defense acquisition processes with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage strategic relationships, and advance mission priorities in a fast-paced space program environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and execution of acquisition strategies, contract actions, and key program milestones for GPS IIIF.\nDevelop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and other program execution tools.\nCoordinate work across acquisition, contracts, budgeting, engineering, and program management teams.\nPrepare decision briefings, milestone documentation, status reports, and other materials for government and program leadership.\nManage strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems, organizations, and mission partners.\nFacilitate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, track commitments, and drive assigned actions through completion.\nIdentify program risks, dependencies, and execution challenges and support the development of practical mitigation strategies.\nApply knowledge of DoD acquisition systems and processes to support effective program planning and execution.\nUse collaboration and workflow tools, including Confluence and Jira, to maintain program visibility and team alignment.\nSupport technical and program documentation related to GPS modernization, systems engineering, acquisition, and program operations.\nContribute to a high-accountability team environment focused on delivering resilient and sustainable space capabilities.\nRequired Qualifications\nSeven or more years of experience supporting DoD acquisition systems, program management, or business operations.\nExperience developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies and supporting key acquisition milestones.\nExperience managing strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems, organizations, or closely related mission environments.\nExperience developing integrated plans and schedules, preparing decision briefings, and managing risks for space or defense programs.\nExperience coordinating task execution across contracts, budgets, engineering teams, and other functional organizations.\nExperience using collaboration and workflow tools such as Confluence or Jira.\nAbility to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional meetings and program execution activities.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex program information clearly.\nAbility to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively in a dynamic mission environment.\nActive Secret security clearance.\nBachelor’s degree.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience applying the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.\nExperience preparing program management, acquisition, or systems engineering documentation.\nKnowledge of the GPS space, ground, or user segments.\nExperience supporting GPS modernization or related national security space programs.\nExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills.\nActive Top Secret security clearance.\nMaster’s degree.\nProject Management Professional, Expert or Certified Systems Engineering Professional, or Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification.\nHow You Will Be Rewarded\nThe salary range for this role is $195,000 - $225.000 annually.
