Customer Service Representative
TASCO SECURITY IS GROWING AND MOVING TO LEBANON! We are seeking an outgoing, thoughtful customer service associate who can help customers with care and efficiency. By addressing customer problems and product concerns, asking appropriate questions, and communicating in a professional and friendly manner, you will play a critical role in our company.
You’ll use your multitasking abilities to listen to customers while navigating multiple computer programs. To succeed in this job over time, you must be able to retain a thorough understanding of our products and services and be an excellent communicator. Detail-oriented candidates are the best candidates.
Customer Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer client questions by phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email.
Maintain calm, focus and professionalism under stress and with interruption
Anticipate client needs and proactively connect with them
Follow up with clients as needed
Analyze daily reports and take appropriate action given the data provided
Forward escalated calls and emails to the appropriate people and departments
Keep operating software systems up to date with customer data, notes and actions
Actively listen to colleagues and acquire new knowledge. Be curious and endeavoring
Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and customer information
Manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, keep teammembers informed
Cheerfully support the customer service and technical teams as needed
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
A high school diploma, a GED, or an appropriate equivalent is required.
1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally.
Computer proficiency is required.
MS Office suite
Excellent phone manner.
Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time
