This role sits at the intersection of consulting, strategy, and execution, requiring both rigorous analytical thinking and hands-on delivery.The Manager will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to structure complex problems, develop insights, and implement innovative solutionsAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYTopline ResponsibilitiesSupport development of strategic initiatives, business cases, and transformation roadmapsTranslate enterprise priorities into structured workplans and actionable deliverablesLead or support day-to-day execution and problem-solving across multiple initiativesProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadershipTrack progress and ensure alignment to strategic objectives and measurable outcomesStrategy, Analysis & Problem SolvingApply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to complex business and technology challengesConduct market research, benchmarking, and organizational assessments to inform strategyPerform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including financial, operational, and strategic modelingDevelop clear, executive-ready materials that synthesize findings into actionable insightsSupport initiatives such as:Organizational transformationStrategic planning and implementationMarket assessments and opportunity sizingTechnology and digital strategyTeam Leadership & Project DeliveryLead small teams or workstreams, providing guidance, coaching, and quality oversightPartner with senior leaders to manage project execution from problem definition through deliveryDrive accountability across teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputsContribute to internal initiatives, thought leadership, and capability building effortsStakeholder Engagement & Client InteractionEngage directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutionsFacilitate working sessions, interviews, and focus groups to gather insightsCommunicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesBuild strong relationships and credibility with internal clients and senior stakeholdersProject Support and ExecutionSupport planning, coordination, and execution of transformation initiativesDevelop and maintain project management tools, templates, and governance processesProvide hands-on execution support to accelerate initiative progressEnsure strong documentation of plans, decisions, and outcomesTraining, Capability Building & Knowledge ManagementDevelop and deliver training modules and enablement resourcesPromote best practices in project management, analysis, and communicationSupport development of a scalable knowledge base of tools, frameworks, and methodologiesMentor junior team members and contribute to team development and upskillingMonitoring, Evaluation & Continuous ImprovementTrack initiative performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting toolsCollect and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement effortsIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impactMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree required3-5 years of experience, with at least some experience in management/strategy consulting, technology, or transformation rolesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutionsExperience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentationsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) preferredExperience in management consulting, strategy, private equity diligence, or similar environmentsExperience supporting technology or digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with market research, due diligence, or strategic assessmentsCore Skills & CapabilitiesCandidates may come from diverse backgrounds;
