We value skill, reliability, and kindness—and we genuinely enjoy working together.About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Ophthalmic Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their skills, enjoys working with cataract patients, and wants to be part of a practice where their experience is appreciated.What You’ll DoPerform patient pre-testing, including:Autorefraction, keratometry, tonometryOCT, visual fields, corneal topography, and biometry (IOL calculations)Take accurate patient histories and document in the EMRAssist the physician during exams and minor proceduresPrepare patients for cataract surgery consultations and post-op visitsEducate patients on testing, procedures, and post-op instructionsHelp keep clinic flow running smoothlyMaintain clean, organized exam rooms and equipmentWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience as an Ophthalmic Technician (required)Cataract or surgical ophthalmology experience strongly preferredCOA/COT/COMT certification is a plus, but not requiredComfortable using ophthalmic equipment and EMR systems (Nextech)Friendly, professional attitude with patients and coworkersStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinicWhy You’ll Like Working HereCompetitive pay based on experienceConsistent schedule (no weekends)Supportive team environment where your skills matterOpportunity to work with advanced cataract technologyPaid time off and benefits available after introductory periodHow to ApplyIf you’re an experienced ophthalmic technician looking to join your new work family, we’d love to hear from you!
