THE ROLE:The Memory Subsystem team is seeking a Program Manager to support execution planning, cross-functional coordination, and delivery readiness across Memory Subsystem and Shift Left teams.This role focuses on enabling structured execution across pre-silicon, emulation, SoC integration, firmware-driven readiness, lab alignment, and bring-up support. You will help ensure the Memory Subsystem and Shift Left teams have clear plans, visibility into risks, aligned ownership, and disciplined execution across multiple concurrent programs. This includes tracking AI-assisted engineering adoption as a first-class execution metric, given the team's strong and growing use of AI development tools across RTL, verification, and debug workflows.You will partner closely with engineering leaders, technical leads, firmware teams, SoC teams, emulation teams, lab teams, and external partners to align milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.This role emphasizes technical program execution in addition to planning and coordination. You will work closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical activities into actionable plans, commitments, and leadership-ready status updates.
