We are a fast-growing process & process controls company in search of a talented individual who would like to further their career as an administrative assistant.Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our organization. When guests arrive at the office, you will greet them and determine the reason for their visit. You will support our staff with clerical duties, including answering phones, making sure supplies are kept in stock, making copies, and organizing files. When necessary, you will also input information into our database to ensure our electronic files are updated. We prefer candidates who have some administrative support experience, but we are willing to train the right person.This is a 100% onsite position in a quiet slow-paced office, making it an ideal environment for students or individuals looking for a low-stress work setting.Essential ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and office guests in person and on the phone.Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary.Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all time.Support staff and executives with clerical tasks and/or addressing queries.Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.Schedule meetings and appointments within the office.Sort and deliver mail/packages to staff daily.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.Organize and/or coordinate corporate social responsibility events as well as training and conferences.Arrange and maintain service on company vehicles.Maintain services for company housing.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.CDL is required.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus.Proficient with Dropbox.Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. computers and printers).Fast, proficient, and accurate typist.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully preform the essential functions of this job.
