The hours available are flexible but would need to include after-school and/or weekend hours.\n\nQualifications:\nInitial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy\nCurrent licensing by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board\nRegistered with the State Board of Registration in Allied Health Professionals\nTwo years of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in school system or other pediatric practice setting\nTotal Compensation: $43.50 - 46.50 per hour\nIn ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)\nInsurance: Generous company contribution of over 90% of medical and over 70% for dental premiums. Medical (comprehensive preventative, diagnostic, and prescription, plus wellness and vision reimbursement). BC/BS provider network with low deductibles and co-payments. Dental (preventative and restorative services). Life (group term life equal to one’s annual salary).\nProfessional Development: Up to $4,000 per year for tuition assistance, professional certification or courses taken for CEUs.
